The original process for PAV (Property Assessment and Valuation) was manual and slow. Field workers had to fill out paper forms on-site and then manually type that information into Excel spreadsheets back at the office to submit their reports.
ePAV automates this by moving the entire process to a digital format. It replaces paper forms with a direct entry system, removing the need for double data entry and streamlining the transition from field collection to final submission.
Solution
ePAV replaces manual inspections with a two-part digital system. First, administrators use a web-based tool to design custom digital forms tailored to specific project needs. Field workers then use a mobile app to fill out these forms on-site, allowing them to record and send information instantly without using paper.
Once the data is submitted, administrators can review all entries from their office dashboard. The system allows them to compare new reports against old ones, making it easy to track the condition of equipment or property over time and catch performance issues before they become major problems.
