Mr. Mohammed Ragab faced a significant challenge: building one single system that could handle every moving part of a large university. Pharos University needed a platform that worked for everyone, from the thousands of students and professors to the office staff and the board of directors, ensuring that every department could stay organized and connected.
We built this tool to handle the 'boring' business stuff—like tuition and paperwork—so the school runs smoothly. That way, teachers can focus on teaching and students can focus on what really matters: graduating and landing a great job.

Pharos University follows students from their first day to their last. It tracks their enrollment, keeps a secure record of every grade they earn, and safely stores their diplomas and transcripts long after they graduate.
Beyond academics, the system also runs the university’s business side. By linking student records with the accounting and staff departments, it can automatically track tuition payments, manage office supplies, handle employee salaries, and even take care of taxes and payroll deductions.
