Previously, the system forced everyone to use the same basic list of questions on their contact forms, and certain boxes had to be filled out whether you wanted them or not. Managers could not add new questions, change existing ones, or delete the ones they didn't need. Plus, you couldn't change how the forms actually looked. Since you couldn't touch the colors, fonts, or layout, they usually stuck out like a sore thumb and didn't match the rest of the website's style.

Solution

Reetweaks built a simple control panel that lets managers easily make, change, or delete the questions on their forms without breaking the rest of the website. They also set up the system so that whenever a manager updates a form, the information is sent instantly to Matelso’s main database. This ensures that the forms on the website always match the most recent settings without any lag or errors.
