Tracking time off using paper forms, emails, or chat messages is disorganized and slow. Traditional office software often requires a computer to access all this data which makes it difficult for employees to check their remaining vacation days or submit requests while away from their desks.
Business owners and HR managers need a way to see who is out of the office at a glance so they can plan daily tasks. They need a system to approve or deny leaves from their phones instead of being stuck at a desk.
Solution
We are building a simple mobile app that tracks how many vacation days each employee has left. It can be adjusted to follow the specific labor laws and time-off rules of different countries.
Employees request leave via the app, alerting managers on their phones. Managers then quickly approve or deny those requests using their mobile devices.
Managers can also use website to see summaries of who is away. This site allows them to manage different types of leave, set regular work schedules, and add official public holidays to the company calendar.
