Agile Consent is a mobile app and website used to create digital medical forms and collect electronic signatures. It is built to connect directly with a hospital’s existing computer systems, allowing information to flow back and forth instantly.
The system works with both standard and custom-made hospital software. Unlike older methods, it doesn't need to copy and move sensitive patient files around to work, which keeps data more secure. It also comes with a built-in list of common surgeries and procedures. Hospitals can easily change or add to this list so the forms exactly match the specific treatments they offer.
